Overview
To establish a voicemail box clients or supervisors will need to request one. Please use the 'Service request button in the upper right to do so. Once the you are assigned a voicemail box you will set a pin to access the messages. This will instruct you to change that pin if needed or set it up if you are using your voicemail for the first time.
Instructions
- Log into Your Williams Okta dashboard at sso.williams.edu.
- Look for the Cisco Voicemail tile and click it.
Note: If you are off campus you will needed to first be connected to our VPN.
- Click on Settings in the top right
- Click on Passwords on the top – Change Pin
- After choosing a new pin and clicking save, you can login to voicemail on your desk phone with your new pin.
NOTE: If you are not logged into your desk phone please the the related article on Extension Mobility. The first time you log into your voice mail from your desk phone using your PIN you will be prompted to record your name and set up a greeting.
