Voicemail: Changing your Pin

Overview

Each Voicemail box has a pin to access the messages. This will instruct you to change that pin if needed.

Instructions

  • Log into Your Williams Okta dashboard at sso.williams.edu
  • Look for the Cisco Voicemail tile and click it. Note: If you are off campus you will needed to first be connected to our VPN.
  • Click on Settings in the top right
  • Click on Passwords on the top – Change Pin
  • After choosing a new pin and clicking save, you can login to voicemail on your phone with your new pin.
