Overview
Each Voicemail box has a pin to access the messages. This will instruct you to change that pin if needed.
Instructions
- Log into Your Williams Okta dashboard at sso.williams.edu
- Look for the Cisco Voicemail tile and click it.
- Click on Messaging Assistant
- Click on Passwords at the top – Change Pin
- After choosing a new pin and clicking save, you can login to voicemail on your phone with your new pin.
