Voicemail: Changing your Pin

Overview

Each Voicemail box has a pin to access the messages. This will instruct you to change that pin if needed.

Instructions

  • Log into Your Williams Okta dashboard at sso.williams.edu
  • Look for the Cisco Voicemail tile and click it.
  • Click on Messaging Assistant
  • Click on Passwords at the top – Change Pin
  • After choosing a new pin and clicking save, you can login to voicemail on your phone with your new pin.

All data jacks (ethernet wall plate ports) are off by default. In order to access our network via a wired (ethernet) connection using a 'data jack' (wall plate port) in your lab or office you will need to request it be activated.
