Overview

Student owned devices with wired (ethernet) connections need to be registered before they are able to communicate with our network. You will need to provide us with some information so we can register your device on the network. Please fill out the attached form to request registration.

The most important piece of information we need is the MAC address of your device.  To find your MAC address seed: https://oit.williams.edu/help-guides/wifi-and-wired-connections/mac-address/

We will also need:

• Full Name – Full name of the owner of this device

• Phone – Phone number if there are any questions about this request

• Building

• Room #

• Data Jack # and port #
