Overview
Departments that hire student workers can request a group PaperCut account so that students who need to print for their jobs will not have their personal accounts charged. To request a group account please use the request account button in the top right. At the time of setup, you will be asked to provide a list of students who are allowed to print using the account.
RSO's use a different method. They can go to Student Life & Leadership (formerly Campus Life) in Paresky and receive $5 PaperCut cards.
Eligibility
Williams departments with student workers and Registered Student Organizations.
Accessing Service
For department accounts, your student workers will be able to select the departmental account when they print.
Cost
The department accounts will be charged through the OIT PaperCut system. You will receive a weekly report showing the printing activity associated with the departmental account.
