Overview

Contact Client Services for printing issues including:

  • Paper Jams: Frequent or persistent paper jams that cannot be resolved through basic troubleshooting.
  • Poor Print Quality: Blurry, streaked, or faded prints that persist even after replacing ink cartridges and cleaning the print heads.
  • Printer Not Recognizing New Cartridges: The printer consistently fails to recognize new, compatible ink or toner cartridges.
  • Printer Not Responding: The printer fails to respond to print commands or power on/off commands.
  • Frequent Error Messages: The printer displays error messages that cannot be resolved through simple fixes.
  • Mechanical Issues: Unusual noises, smoke, or burning smells emanating from the printer.
  • Network Connectivity Issues: The printer cannot connect to the network or specific devices.
