Overview
Williams owned hardware can be repaired by our Client Services staff. Please let us know about any issues with your Williams devices. These issues might include:
• Physical damage: Broken screens, damaged ports, liquid damage.
• Component failures: defective AC adapters, Monitor issues, Keyboard and Mice issues
• Battery life Issues. Freezing or slowness issues.
Eligibility
All faculty & staff with Williams issued devices can request this service.
