Voicemail to Email Notification

Overview

To get email notification when you receive a voice mail follow the directions Below.

Requirements

A college phone extension with a voice mail box.

Instructions

  1. Log into Your Okta dashboard via sso.williams.edu and click on the Cisco Vociemail Tile.

  2. On the Cisco page choose Settings in the upper right above the list of messages.

  3. On the Settings page choose Notification Devices>View Notification Device from the top menu

  4. On the Notifications Screen check off the HTML option with your email after then click Save at the bottom.

Now you should receive email notifications when you receive a voicemail.
